Do you know someone who is always doing something nice for you or for others?

Someone who goes out of their way to help a stranger, gives the shirt off of their back, always lends a hand?

Then nominate them for the Smiles for Seniors Foundation 3rd Annual Umbrella Award.

We are looking for great stories about those special people who do extraordinary things for others.

Nominees will receive a dinner ticket and a special award at event on 04/28/2012

Mail or E-Mail Nominations by 03/17/2012

Submitted nominations will be voted on by the public online at www.smiles4seniors.org Online voting begins on March 24th and ends on April 17th Entries must be received by March 17 2012. One nomination per person per category. Nominees and nominators names, stories and photos may be used in the media and in the Smiles for Seniors web site and newsletter. Nominees and their nominators will be notified by phone or by mail. All nominees will receive an award. Nominees must be present to win. Winning nominee will be announced at awards show. You do not have to be a senior to nominate, win or attend awards ceremony. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Group party tables are available.
