HELP A STRANGER, GIVES THE SHIRT OFF OF THEIR BACK, LENDS A HAND AND
DOES WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO HELP MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE. THE

Umbrella Awards Rules and Regulations Categories are; Public Service: Good Samaritan: Corporation: Teacher: Student:
Student must be 16 or older and must be accompanied by an adult. Submitted nominations will be reviewed and voted on
by the public on the web site or by mail. Entries must be received by March 1st 2010 Voting begins March 15th 2010 and ends
April 15th 2010. One nomination per person per
category. Nominees and nominators names, stories and photos may be used in the media and in the Smiles for Seniors web site
and newsletter. Nominees and their nominators will be notified by mail. All nominees will receive an award. Nominees
must be present to win. Winning nominee will be announced at awards show. You do not have to be a senior to nominate,
win or attend awards ceremony. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult Group party tables are available.
